Public Relations Research

This class uses practical research methods in order to create a client report for the end of the semester. The research methods include secondary and primary research, qualitative and quantitative methods, data analysis and social media analytics.

Final Client Report

Throughout the semester, my group and I worked on this report for the Barnes Center at the Arch at Syracuse University. At the end, we came up with three recommendations on how they can improve outreach to different identity groups.
